Matt and I took the kids miniture golfing. Lets just say, we didn't keep score. Jack and I kept looking over at the go carts. Not knowing that they had double seating carts and Jack was big enough, we were pleasantly surprised. He was all smiles, so was I. Unfortuntely, Lily was too short, which will be the story of her life.

Putt Putt and go carts
Matt and I took the kids miniture golfing. Lets just say, we didn't keep score. Jack and I kept looking over at the go carts. Not knowing that they had double seating carts and Jack was big enough, we were pleasantly surprised. He was all smiles, so was I. Overall, a good experience
Lily looks thrilled
Elephant rides at the circus
My friend Jen and I took the kids to the circus. Not the same circus I am used to growing up. However, they did offer elephant rides. The kids didn't hesitate, in fact, Gracie is obsessed with elephants so she was the driving force. After paying 16 bucks (ouch) they hopped right on. They don't look too excited, I think they were nervous. I love the girl in front of Jack. She looks happy. The picture reminds me of a Benneton ad.

Secets and face stuffing
Oh man, Michelle Obama was right, Five Guys is soooo gooooood. We gorged on burgers and fries. Lily had a grilled cheese and got some teasing for it. She is really into telling secrets, but they make no sense. Jack has been stuffing his face like a chipmunk and then almost to the point of choking, painfully finishes his bite. Don't know why he is doing this again, but with Five guys and both parents with big appetites I don't blame him. He told Matt to stop eating his food today. This kid can really eat, takes after my dad this one does. Good thing we don't go out to eat very much.
The purell was out in less than 4 seconds
Jack and Matt were walking ahead to the water and Jack backtracked and said he found a feather. He picked up the feather and underneath the sand he picked up a dead seagull. It wasn't even out of the ground when I yelled, Drop that!! Then preceded to grab the purell out of my purse. Jack had the heebeejeebees, he was really grossed out. We laughed, so gross out, then had to get a picture. Jack didn't even want to stand next to it. I am not a real germ-a-phobe, but that was disgusting.
I've created a diva
I LOVE to buy Lily clothes and acessories. HOWEVER, she has started to become a little diva now. She was complaining that the sand was ruining her gold sandals and she HAD to have the elephant purse and sunglasses at the GAP outlet today. She thought they were "Super Cute." Have to admit, I say that alot. Not even 4 yet and she is learning to acessorize.

Jetta and the Jellybeans!!
Jetta and the Jellybeans venued at the annual Arts and Music festival at the kids preschool. Lily and some of her friends were one of the firsts up there. Lily insisted they all hold hands and dance. Granted, she did get some of the shy girls up and dancing, but she is so bossy. I guess you could call her a "leader." Hmmmm. They had fun. And then there is Jack. Oh man, Matt and I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. I couldn't help but think about the Seinfeld episode with Elaine dancing. He must have his dad's dance moves. WOW!!
Just like Ariel, Mom
